We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

Items ordered in prior to their release date will be shipped as soon as we they are available. Manufacturer's decide release dates, so the Kiddo is at their whim just like you^_^

If you use a credit card as payment for a preorder item, you will not be charged until the item is shipped. If you pay via PayPal, payment must be received and verified before the order will be shipped. No COD payments.

Items that are on "backorder" as soon as they come back in stock. If your order is seperated into multiple shipments, the first package will be sent by the shipping method you selected. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, and are applied to every package sent to you. We always strive to minimize the number of shipments necessary to complete an order. During your checkout process, you may request to have the order "Ship Complete" in one shipment to minimize delivery fees.

While we make every attempt to keep most items in stock at all times, things do sell out. Most items take about a week to restock, imports can take 2 weeks or more. Rest assured we're already working on getting it back in. Please note that while preorder items currently give the same message as an out of stock item. You will find the tentative release date for a preorder item in the details section of the item.

Coupons are mysterious and usually cannot be combined with other offers.

Email sales@animekiddo.com with your order number, and we'll cancel it.

If your our stuff isn't up to snuff or is defective in any way, email sales@animekiddo.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

Offer good for free economy shipping in the continental United States (not valid in Alaska & Hawaii). Does not apply to large items of excessive weight or size, or fragile items which require special handling.

1. If your total purchase, after any applicable discounts, is over $50, economy shipping is free.

Shipping rates vary based on location, method and weight. You can use the rate calculator in the shopping cart to check shipping costs before you enter any customer information.

Most economy shipments under 4 pounds ship via USPS postal mail. Shipments over 4 pounds may ship via UPS Ground.

Your order will usually arrive within 2 - 14 days.

Anime Kiddo uses real-time UPS rates, which vary based on weight and destination. The exact charge will be shown in your shopping cart prior to final order confirmation.

UPS is not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

All deliveries to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses are sent via United States Postal Service. UPS does not deliver to these addresses. If your order exceeds 4 pounds, it may be sent it in multiple shipments due to size and weight restrictions.

Orders sent to PO Boxes usually arrive within 2 - 14 days.

Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses are handled by military postal services and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Your order will usually arrive within 7 - 21 days.

Canadian orders typically take 1 - 3 weeks for delivery.

The exact shipping charge will be shown in your shopping cart prior to final order confirmation.

If your order exceeds $200 USD, it will be sent via UPS Express for traceability and insurance purposes. UPS Express shipping will cost more than Postal. International orders may incur additional customs fees, which UPS will attempt to collect at the time of delivery. We cannot estimate or collect these fees in advance. We will contact you if additional shipping is required.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country for any reason.

UPS Express - Your order will usually arrive within 1 - 4 weeks.

USPS Postal Airmail - Your order will usually arrive within 2 - 6 weeks.
